Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed same-day or next-day. All orders are processed within 1-2 days. 

Shipments are delivered weekdays and weekends, but not on federal holidays. In the rare event of an extreme high demand and order volume, SignHero will promptly communicate any information pertaining to delays by email.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is possible for bulk orders that include 20 units or more, subject to an additional fee. Please contact for prompt information regarding this if you need faster shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers receive shipment confirmation and FedEx order tracking within 12 hours of orders being shipped, usually even sooner than that.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SignHero is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know and send pictures to Once we receive pictures of the damaged goods, we will work with you to get you a free replacement as fast as possible. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods until you get the replacement.

International Shipping Policy

We only ship to the continental United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.

Returns Policy

For products damaged in transit, please see above. Please do NOT return damaged items. Instead, send us pictures of the damage and we will work with you to get a free replacement or refund.

For all other cases of customers wishing to return their orders, we offer returns on orders bought within 30 days. Returns are typically processed and refunded within 7 days of arriving at our return processing center. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The products must be in new condition, with no protective film or other protective materials removed or missing. Buyers are responsible for return shipping -- using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Additionally, if the product arrives damaged to our return center then no refund will be granted to the customer -- instead the customer must file a claim with the carrier they chose to return their order.
